My mindful meditation classes combine energy healing, trauma removal, and tapping into self-healing and governing techniques, while utilizing the breath as the power source. I will guide you through a process of relaxation and energy flow. By clearing blockages and restoring the free flow of energy.

Trauma Release Sessions

Negative emotions or repressed emotions can become locked and stagnant within the body creating dis-ease, discomfort, and emotional imbalance. Trauma Releasing is important in creating consistent long-life change. Incorporating somatic movement and trauma releasing exercises can provide a holistic approach to healing and well-being. My mindful, body-centered practices aims to promote the release of physical and emotional tension, allowing for a deeper sense of connection to self.

Sacred Movement Belly Dance

Who doesn’t love dancing? This is the fun part! This is where we can move freely and tap into our sacred energy! In my Sacred Movement Belly Dance classes, you will experience a transformative and empowering journey through belly dance. These classes combine the beauty and grace of belly dance movements with a spiritual and mindful approach, along with contemporary and modern music.

Each session will teach you a variety of belly dance techniques, including isolations, shimmies, undulations, hip movements, and a touch of modern dance. Through the fluidity of the dance, you will be encouraged to connect with your body, embrace your femininity, and express yourself authentically.

In addition to the physical aspects, Sacred Movement Belly Dance classes also explore the deeper meaning behind the dance form. You will learn about the historical and cultural roots of belly dance, and understand its connection to ancient rituals and celebrations.

My Group Goddess Mini Retreats for women in collaboration with The Loose Woman’s Sanctuary include Yoga, Meditation, Sacred Belly Dancing, and Self-Introspection Exercises that include Journal Writing, Intention Setting, Trauma Healing, and other needed self-care practices.

In addition to the holistic practices mentioned above, Group Goddess Mini Retreats foster a nurturing and supportive environment for women to connect with their inner selves and build meaningful connections with like-minded individuals. Participants are encouraged to explore their personal journey of self-discovery and empowerment through various workshops and activities.
